Stakeholder discovery interviews with HR managers and payroll officers, researched Philippine labor law compliance, mapped 12+ manual steps for automation, created user journey maps for 3 roles, built Figma wireframes, authored BRD, coordinating UAT.

Retail client managing orders via phone calls and spreadsheets — delayed processing, frequent errors, no scalability.

Discovery interviews with operations and customers, mapped full order lifecycle, defined separate flows for end customer and internal ops team, built Figma wireframes for both portal and dashboard, authored BRD, coordinated UAT through go-live.

Logistics client had no digital presence — all shipment communication via calls and emails, creating high support volume and a credibility gap with enterprise clients.
